fantastic service, my car was going down south for a new engine and the first tow company could not get to us, rang Carroll's and were down to get my car asap, professional and happy guys who helped me out with fair price and were straight down to help, would definitely call again if I needed a tow (hopefully not anytime soon!

I broke down on Gosforth high street and three kind guys pushed me round the corner where I waited for the recovery vehicle. The young man who came ( I don't remember his name) he was from a County near Afghanistan was very curtious professional and could not have been more helpful. Excellent service a credit to the company. I would recommend this firm whole heartedly.
