I have 2 year old Yaris Cross Hybrid that wouldn't start this morning due to a flat battery. My RAC cover didn't have Home Start so they wanted £161 to come out. A neighbour tried to restart using a powerpack, my son came with jump cables but neither worked. Mechanic from Carrols came and had me sorted in 5 minutes after a false start. Turns out you need to put the earth cable to a specific bolt in front of the fuse unit rather than car frame. I know for next time. Great company very reasonable price at only £80 and friendly helpful mechanic. Came within the hour as promised and got me running again in minutes. Thank you.

Highly recommend! Used Carroll’s Automotive a few times now and on both occasions they arrived at the time stated, along with constant updates of the drivers location. Both drivers were extremely professional and friendly which definitely gave me peace of mind in knowing my car was being transported in the right hands.
